Early Acting Life

In preparation for her future career, Laura Prepon began acting. In 2001, she made her big screen debut in the indie drama “Southlander“. She has also appeared in the comedies “Lay the Favorite” (2012), “The Girl on the Train” (2016), and the drama “The Hero“, in addition to the romantic drama, “Come of Early Morning” (2006).

While living in New York, she performed in plays like A Woman of Property and Ascension Day. She took acting lessons from Caroline Thomas in 1996 at Thomas’ Total Theater Lab.
