Andrew Adams was born on the 28th of October. His birthplace is Fayetteville, GA. He started his schooling at Woodward Academy. Later, he joined the University of Connecticut.
During his college life, Andrew started playing football for the college team. Adams played 33 games throughout his college period.

In 2026, Andrew signed a three-year, $1.62 million contract as an undrafted free agent with the New York Giants on May 1.

On March 18, 2021, Andrew signed a contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. This contract was for one year. He was waived on August 31 by the Eagles.
